Finding helpful, trusted resources when living with migraine can be challenging. That’s why Migraine Canada is creating a Community Recommended Resources page featuring resources, products, services and tools that people in the migraine community have recommended and found helpful.
Each resource is reviewed by Migraine Canada for relevance, credibility and suitability before being included. Where available, we’ll also share special offers or discounts negotiated for our community.
Our recommendations may include resources related to migraine management, sleep, wellness, accessibility, support, technology and everyday life with migraine.
A note about recommendations: Inclusion on this page does not mean Migraine Canada endorses or recommends a particular product, treatment or service, nor does it replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Personal experiences vary, and what works for one person may not work for another.
We’ll continue to add new resources as our community shares what they’ve found useful.
Have a resource you’ve found helpful? We’d love to hear from you. Email us at [email protected].

MyStoria
Partnership Introduction - myStoria: A New Digital Health Resource
Migraine Canada is pleased to introduce a new partnership with myStoria, a Canadian, patient owned health records digital health platform (app) that aims to connect people with relevant health information and resources to support their health journey. In addition to the Canadian Migraine Tracker app, we see the value in myStoria to enhance your journey.
Living with migraine can be challenging, and finding reliable information, practical tools and trusted sources of support can sometimes feel overwhelming. In addition to using the Canadian Migraine Tracker App, myStoria can provide additional support to manage your condition and organize your journey.
MyStoria is offering its Premium plan exclusively to the Migraine Canada community free for 6 months. This is a $174 saving to users.
The premium plan will:
- Retrieve your records: When a member asks, myStoria requests their health records from providers on their behalf. Records are only requested with the member's authorization.
- Provide proof for coverage. Treatments already tried are organized for insurance and drug-coverage applications.
- Help spot patterns. myStoria's AI assistant helps members make sense of patterns across your health history.
- Provide real people on your side. Medical Insiders, the trained professionals on myStoria's concierge team, help members understand their records and prepare for appointments.
- A migraine peer group. A new myStoria community group for people living with migraine, launching this week.
This partnership is part of Migraine Canada’s ongoing commitment to making trusted migraine information more accessible and connecting Canadians with resources that can help them better understand and manage life with migraine.
