Trudy Flynn is the current Chair of the Board of Directors at the Fibromyalgia Association of Canada. She is a medically retired nurse who has lived with fibromyalgia for over 30 years and was also a caregiver to her daughter, who was diagnosed at the age of eight. A dedicated advocate for patient-centred care, Trudy is an experienced patient partner in health research. Her first research involvement was with the James Lind Alliance project on the Top 10 Priorities for Adult Fibromyalgia Patients in 2012.
