0:18 by migraine disease for almost 20 years
0:21 so you were a child yes I all started in
0:25 uh secondary school I’m 85 years old and
0:28 I’ve mostly been affected Ed for about
0:31 63 years I’ve been affected by migraine
0:33 for about 30 years now I’m 48 years old
0:36 and I started experiencing migraines
0:38 when I was 17 years old my migraines are
0:41 always accompanied by a lot of nausea
0:43 having a nausea I don’t see anymore is
0:46 you lose sight I lose sight I also
0:49 experience a lot of uh fatigue blurred
0:51 vision in the neck hting a lot
0:54 difficulty focusing concentrating
0:57 sensitive to light and the noise the
1:01 smells the very bright light the lights
1:04 candles lit on a table the flickering
1:08 can you tell me how long can a a
1:10 migraine attack last three or 4 days two
1:13 three days for 3 days where I would
1:17 vomit
1:19 profusely so I would vomit 25 to 30
1:22 times a day so approximately every month
1:25 in my life I had about six to 10
1:27 migraines attacked five a month strong
1:30 pain would be five days a month 12 days
1:32 a month six to eight times per month I
1:35 had pain essentially every single day of
1:37 my life for the past decade or so
1:40 sometimes I feel like weirdo in my
1:42 community it’s not acceptable to say
1:44 that you have migraine because they say
1:46 go take a Talen no ADV you have other
1:49 problem than that I’ve had so many times
1:51 where people have just told me oh it’s
1:53 just a headache just take a Tylenol and
1:55 it’ll go away and I explained to them
1:58 that no headache is just one of the many
2:00 symptoms so it’s much more neurological
2:03 than what we understand
2:11 generally
