Tiffany Eichhorst (she/her)
Tiffany is a retired Licensed Practical Nurse who has lived with chronic migraine for over 30 years. After being forced to retire early, she navigated long-term disability alone- without guidance on resources and supports available for chronic illness. That experience, along with many workplace hurdles, treatment trials, and years of self-advocacy, showed Tiffany how isolating migraine can be and how meaningful it is when someone truly understands. Today, as a peer counselor, Tiffany offers compassion, clarity, and steady support so others never feel alone in their migraine journey.

Prachi Khanna (she/her)
Prachi is a student living with migraine. Her experiences navigating life, work and play while managing migraine inform her work and advocacy with people of all ages who live with migraine. She works with young people to support them in their self-management and health system navigation. Prachi also conducts research in migraine and in pain more broadly.
