Migraine is not well understood in Canada and often considered “just a headache.” This can make the isolating experience of a migraine attack feel even more lonely.
At Migraine Canada, we want you to know that you are not alone. We have heard countless stories from people with migraine across Canada – sharing their difficulties, triumphs, and everything in between. Many of these people have offered to share their stories on camera or through writing, to educate others and help those who may be going through something similar.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their story for our website – your openness makes a difference for us all!
